Private Pilot Certification Course

Robinson R22 Beta and Beta II
Minimum Course Requirements:

Obtain an FAA Third Class Medical Certificate
Obtain a minimum of 40 hours of flight time, including 10 hours
of solo  
Pass an FAA Private Pilot Helicopter Knowledge Test
Pass an FAA Private Pilot Helicopter Practical Test

Course Outline:

FAA third class medical                                                                   
30 hours of dual instruction @ $235hr                                           
10 hours of solo practice @ $210hr                                                   
30 hours of ground instruction @ $40hr
FAA Private pilot helicopter knowledge test
FAA Private pilot helicopter practical test

student achieves the required proficiency is this time period. A
total flight time of 50 hours prior to a student obtaining their
Private Pilot Certificate is not uncommon.
